Our journey began in the year 1978 with government projects and then moved on to the field of textiles by setting up a spinning mill which has developed manifolds since its inception. We sensed the need for a residential property development and hence brought our brain child "S. Kadivel Construction company (P) ltd" to real(i)ty. Our experience in handing the Govt. projects enabled us to cater to the varied customer needs with ease in our residential projects. We also have to our fraternity's strength added with EECCI ltd. which continues to deliver with the rich heritage that we stand with along with modernized ideas. Besides construction activities our Chairman ventured into the textile industry by establishing a spinning mill in the name of KSV Cotton Mills P ltd in the year 1994. In our never ending journey towards growth, he started S. Kardirvel Construction Company (P) Ltd. with head quarters @ Chennai which takes care of residential projects. He also established EECCI (P) Ltd. as just an aspiring company, however today it has many prestigious projects to its honor.

Some of our milestone projects are Combined Court Complex in Coimbatore, Judges' Quarters buildings in High Court Premises @ Madurai, Staff Quarters in Collectorate Campus @ Dindigul.
